Paku, sworn, testifies that claimant occupies in Ili of Kiei, Ahupuaa Waiapuka, one lot of land thus bounded:
South by waste land
West by land held by Kaipukani
North by land held by Nihoa
East by land held by Pi.
Said lot embraces twelve wet kalo patches, a lot of dry land. It is unfenced, cultivated, no house on the premises.
Inaina (konohiki) gave the above land to claimant A.D. 1846.
Also, that claimant occupies one lot in Ili of Kali ....
