Be in known to you, the Land Commissioners, that my claim is in the Ahupua`a of Hauula. I have eight lo`i in the mo`o of Kaieie, bounded on the north by Kaailau's mo`o, on the east by the pali. A kula claim is on the south of my mo`o, which goes into the forest; and there is also a fishery.

Witness knows no kula land cultivated by claimant.
Keoho died in the latter part of 1848. Kailieleele his grand daughter now has the claim.
Kanealii, sworn, says he knows the kalo land of Keoho. It is as described by the last witness.
The King's Land Agent made no objection to this claim.
