Kumuhea and Kawelo, sworn, we have seen this place and we have known all of the people who have lived here just as Upai has related, however we have not lived here from Kamehameha I time. We have known these people who have always been here and are now have all passed on this year except for the daughter, Kaia. She has inherited this place; also the place of Kalaeloa. She is the heir of the deceased.
