To the Land Commissioners, Greetings:Here is my claim in the `Ili of Keole, mo`o of Kapaeli. There are eight lo`i and a kula, which I got in 1839 from Hueu.

Kaia, sworn, says that the reason by Hueu, the konohiki, wishes it is because the claimant has been a criminal and also has offended his landlord, but it does not appear very evident what claimant's offence [sic] is.
