In the Year of 1830 I came in possession of a small land in Waikapu, called Pili Pili, in right of my wife, she being the original possessor with the approbation of Pupahoehoe, the konohiki of Waikapu, and held possession of it until 1832, when I exchanged the said Pilipili with Pupahoehoe for an outside land called Pohakoi facing Wailuku and Kula, and I have held undisturbed possession of it ever since.

Puupahoehoe, sworn, I have known that he had received his land Pilipili, from his father and when the father died, it was left to Wilama's wife in the year 1832. Pilipili was then exchanged with him for Pohakoi. Mine is from Keeaumoku. It is enclosed at this time.
