To the Land Commissioners: I hereby explain to you that I have a claim in the `ili of Kumuohia, Ahupua`a of Ahaino, Island of Molokai. There are three pauku in this land of mine - the taro lo`i is 37 fathoms by 15 fathoms and it is bounded mauka by Puakea for Kealohaaina, and makai by Kahei, for Paaua. The kula is 38 fathoms by 37 fathoms. The house lot is 33 fathoms by 33 fathoms. Those are my claims which are explained to ....
