Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I have a claim for land in the Ahupua`a of Kalaupapa, Island of Molokai. It is an `ili, Hauula is its name. The length is from Kapoloa to the pali of Keolewa, and the width is 3 chains. It is bounded by Kapoloa on the south, Keolewa on the north, Keahia on the east and Hauula on the west.
I received this land when Kupu was the konohiki of Kalaupapa. Kupu was dispossessed and Kanakaole became the konohiki and I had ....
