To the Land Commissioners, I hereby state my claims in Kula. There are 20 cultivated places, three at Waiakoa, and six at Alae, five at another Alae, of Kaauwai, five in another Alae, of Kaauwai also, one in Kaonoulu of Hewahewa.
They are not gathered in one place but are scattered about in various places; such is the way the kula land is cultivated.
A respectful farewell to you.
