Greetings to you Z. Kaauwai: I hereby petition you for my land claim, in the surveyed land of Hahakea which was given over to cattle. It was fenced by myself and Kaua; I am under Kaua.
Here is something -- the lihi* of Wahikuli enters into the lot of Hahakea at this place. Kaua's right was from Kekauluohi, the right to the house and to the lot.

Bounded by Kalaikini's land.
Section 3 - Enclosed pasture.
Mauka and Olowalu by C. Kanaina's land
Makai and Kaanapali by Ahikuli stream.
