No. 7742, Kahale, Wailuku, February 1, 1849
N.R. 442v6
Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I have an objection concerning my lot at Iao which was issued by Z. Kaauwai and Wm. Richards in this month of 1847. I was told of the survey by John R. of the lot of L. Malaihi which adjoins mine. A portion of my lot was lot to Malaihi. This place is not his, which was told by the one who knows. Therefore, I desire that this be worked on when the times comes for you to consider it.
