.... Land from Koi in 1847, no one had objected to Hopoe in the beginning, then it was taken by Keomumuku because Hopoe was a gadabout. He is appealing to the land officers who quiet titles to have this land returned to him.

Kapoe, sworn, he has know in the same way as Kanehue.
