Esteemed William l. Lee, Greetings to you and your fellow workers: I hereby tell you of the house lot and stone house at Wainee in Lahaina, Maui, which was thought to be for Wm. Lunalilo. It was decided by the nobles of the Legislature that this house lot and stone house should go to Lot Kapuaiwa and I agreed to this decision by the Legislature, that this lot should be for Lot Kapuaiwa and that M. Kekuanaoa should be his administrator.
I presented a document for the quieting of title of Wm. Lunalilo to this place. I hereby state that Wm. Lunalilo's ....
