Lihiliho returned from Hawaii. However, before this he had given his kahu /guardian/, Kaipo, /the land of/ Kainehe. The kaikuahine of my makuakane was his wahine hence our right to live at Kainehe. Kaipo died, the land was bequested to his son, Kaunahi. Kaunahi left the land to my makuas. Kaunahi was removed, and the land given to ....

The land title officers met to study and agree on the ideas of the original interests. I was passed for the claim of Kamai to summon Kaupena as witness.

The land title officers met again but Kaupena did not appear and it was agreed that Kaupena be summoned again.
