The Land Commissioners, greetings: I hereby state my claim for land, some cultivated kihapais, being lo`is. They are at Kalihi-kai in Halelea, Kauai. My occupancy has been continuous with no opposition, as a tenant, until this time. My second claim is for my house site on which my house stands. Kindly quiet title and award me my claim.
