an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas proper application having been made to the Minister of Interior by S.B. Dole, attorney for the Trustees of the Lunalilo estate, for a Royal Patent for the within described land, a certificate defining the boundaries of the same, having been duly filed, and the government commutation thereon relinquished by an order of the Pri ....
