Upon Confirmation of the Land Commission
Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land titles have by their decision awarded unto Henry Zupplien 275B, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas the said Henry Zupplien had commuted the same for a Fee Simple Title by the payment of Fifteen Dollars into the Royal Exchequer.
Therefore, Kamehameha, by the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands by this Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that he has, for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given Absolutely in Fee Simple, unto the said Henry Zupplien all that certain piece of land situate at Kilikiliawa kai, Kapalama, in the Island of Oahu, and described by surveyed boundaries, as follows:
Commencing at the Mauka East corner of this land, joining Captain John Meek's land (Wainonae) and running
North 41° 30' West 2 chains 2 feet along J. Meek's land called Kaukah ....
