Moeino, (konohiki), sworn, the above testimony is true. He does have land, I saw that when I became konohiki. There really are no koeles in it, nor are there any poalimas. I don't know why he didn't enter a claim because I got the land after the termination of the kuleana claiming period. Maybe there were objections and maybe there weren't.
