The Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby state my claim for land. I have one mo'o in Waipao; in the land of Poopuali I have six lo'i; an upland area is in the land of Kalua; at Iolekaa is a mala of 'awa, a kula, a house lot. Heeia, Island of Oahu. Kaiwi is the Konohiki. I got this in the time of Kalaiheana.

Claimant had his land from Kaiwi in the year 1832 or about that time and has had it in peace to the present time. But one taro patch of the 6 (No. 1) is returned to the konohiki.
