I am a person who states to you that my mo`o is within the `ili of Wailua. The konohiki Kaniho, gave me this land and I have had it for 10 years. There are 10 lo`i and another kula, which were given me within this mo`o. The Makai side adjoins the land of Kaohilae, mauka it adjoins the land of someone else. I desire to secure this land forever for myself and my heirs.
