I, Naili, have some lo'is in the Ahupua'a of Kaamola, Island of Molokai. The length, combined, is 26 fathoms and a yard and the width, combined, is 14 fathoms and a yard.

It was given by Kaailepo. The present konohiki is Halualani and he is the witness. It is bounded completely by Halualani's taro land. I also have some cultivated kula. I have occupied this land for seven years.

.... ived this land from Halualani in 1842 and had quiet possession until 1849 when he returned this claim to Halualani, the konohiki, who has it until this time.
