Kealia by Konohiki pasture.
Land from the Konohiki to Poohina's parents at the time Kaumualii I was yet alive and Poohina received it from them. Life has been peaceful to the present, no objections.
Kalehua, sworn, he has seen Poohina's land claim in Aliomanu and the house lot. He has also heard Hapakuka's statements. Both (he and Hapakuka) have known in the same way.
