Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I, Kanunu, in the Ahupua`a of Moakea, Island of Molokai, have a small land area; it is taro land /named/ Kaihuoki, enclosed by two palis. The makai land area is Kawailoa, and the mauka one is named Kukuimamalu. There are only 16 taro, situated in a straight line, and there is also a kula which runs as far as the sea, that being its makai boundary, and it also goes inland, however there is no moun ....
