To the Land Commissioners of Hawaii: I have some parcels of land which are as follows:
Three lo'i, whose combined size is 45 fathoms by 5 fathoms and a hailima /half a yard, or a cubit/. The name of these lo'is is Mooiki. They are bounded by Kaloko on the east side and by Kaukeanu on the west. They were given me by Keaupoohiwi nine years ago.
Two other lo'i are 7 fathoms by 4 fathoms, of one, and 9 fathoms ....

the first konohiki. No one has objected to Kauhikoakoa.
