I, the one whose name is below, hereby state to you, the Commissioners to quiet land titles, that I have a lot in the 'ili of Hakawai in the Ahupua'a of Mapulehu by Island of Molokai.

The length of this house lot is 42 fathoms by 29 fathoms. I received this lot from Kipa, and have occupied it until this time. It was from the time that Esther Kipa and the Missionaries lived on Molokai.

I also have a lo'i in the 'ili of Kaluaalamihi in the Ahupua'a of Honomuni, which is 12 fathoms long by 6 fathoms or more wide, which was given me by Mahu, and he is the witness.
