Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claim as directed in the Elele, for us to state our claims. Therefore I hereby state the Keonepahu is the konohiki, Kuiaha is the ahupua`a, and Kauoiloa is the name of my land, that is my claim for land which is stated to you, the Land Commissioners.

Here is another claim for land which I cultivate under a ku at Kahaaleula - 7 small taro lo`i. This is the end of my land cla ....

Kukae, sworn, the land has taro and there is a potato pasture in the ili land of Kawailoa in Kuiaha 1 and this was from Hoikapaa in 1836. No one has objected to him. 3 poalimas are in there.
