Pilaliohe, sworn, he has known that Kaukaumulili wrote his claims in 1847, and forwarded them to C.B. Andrew, who took them to Oahu. He saw this land in the ili of Waiuli of Honomuni - 2 land sections

Section 1 - Taro land and kula.
Mauka by Konohiki`s land
Halawa by Naono and Konohiki's land
Makai by A loi
Kaluaaha by creek.

Land from Kamakeahikuli in 1839, claimant has lived undisturbed to the present.

Mukiki sworn confirms full testimony as correct, he is the assistant konohiki.
