Napela, sworn, I wrote out this man's Claim in January 1848 and it was sent to Oahu.

Kaai, sworn, The claimant's land consists of 3 pieces in Waikapu, Maui.

No. 2 is 2 lois in Kaopala.
No. 3 is a House lot & Salt land in Alia.

The claimant received these lands from my father, Keaho, in the days of Kamehameha I. His title is not nor ever has been disputed.
