To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby state my claim. Six lo'i are in Kaopala, one lo'i is in another Kaopala. They have been possessed since the time of Kamehameha I.
5 salt mo'o are at Kealia, bounded on the north by Manukuku, on the east by the salt mo'o of Kaiole, on the south by mountain, on the west by the salt mo'o of Kaniaupio.

Kaai, sworn, I know of three parcels in these `Ilis in Waikapu.

Parcel 1. Pauku lo`i in Kaopala.
Parcel 2. Two lo`i in Kaopala.
Parcel 3. House lot and salt land at Kealia.

These three parcels were from Keaho in the time of Kamehameha I. No one has opposed him.
