Being sworn, declares that his "kuleana" was written by Puahiki, his Konohiki at the time when his neighbors had theirs written and that it was forwarded by the said Puahiki with other kuleanas to the Land Commission.

Kapuni, sworn, says the kuleana of Limaloa was written & his testimony in regard to it is all true.
