Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claim for a house site at Pauoa in Honolulu, bounded as follows: mauka side, the places of Kaka and Lae, on Ewa side, a small road, makai side, Lawaia's place, Waikiki side, the land fence. I have had this place for a very long time and no one has objected until the present.

.... re for quite a while. I have known Lima's authentic claim for this place where he has had no objection until this time that Kaka is protesting. The statements made above by Kekino and Kaia are true.
The land commissioners have thoroughly investigated certain conditions then issued some statements to which as a result the two parties have come to an agreement.
