Greetings to the Land Commissioners: We have a claim in an `ili in the Ahupua`a of Mapulehu on the Island of Molokai. The name of this `ili is Kaluanui. Kaiapaoo, for Kakii, is the name of the `ili on the mauka side, and Puloloou, for Waimea, is the name of the `ill on the makai side.

.... ght from our makuas and there are people still living who know of these claims. The length is 35 fathoms. and the width is 12 fathoms. The names of the witnesses are: Kahaule, Kamamaka and Kakii. They are Mapulehu people.
