Nahau, sworn, I have seen Kahea's patch interest for which he had applied in Kaakopua, Honolulu, he rejected it long ago and has been gone to Hawaii for nearly seven years now; therefore, this claim application has not been recognized and has been included in claim no. 1607 of Kamau. It is in Kamau's section 2 interest, leaving Kahea without any claim now.
