To the Land Commissioners, greetings in the peace of God: I hereby state my claim for land in the `ili of Kapaepaealli at Kapa-lama, consisting of two taro lo`i, on the north is Naopala's, on the south
Nawahie's, on the west is Naopala's, on the east is Uilama's. My house claim, also, is at Kalualoa.

The person who owned this interest has died and had orally bequested his entire estate to Pauahi. Pauahi has always [lived] there and cultivated the patches since the death of Kawahinemakua to the present time without objections. Some of the witnesses who have heard the bequest have gone to Kauai.
