.... his is not a clear claim because Opunui has been a shiftless tenant under Kaoao. Kaoao has made a claim and it has been enforced, therefore, I am saying we have no claim whatsoever left in this land, Waikahalulu, from this day and forever. Kaoao's heirs have the land now. We do not have it.
