To the Land Commissioners: `Ili Kaukahoku, Honolulu uka. Greetings to you all: I, the under-signed, hereby. tell of my claim for 16 lo`i situated in one place: on the south is the lo`i of Kulele, on the north is the lo`i of Kuewai, on the west is the lot of Kamana. I also have a small kula, on the west of my lo`is, as far as my house, to a stone wall, on the northeast of the Government Road, thence returning. It is finished.

Mahoe had given Iwiula his interest at the time of J. A. Kuakini, probably in the year 1831 and he has lived there to this time without objections.
