To the Land Commissioners, Greetings and peace: I, the undersigned, hereby tell of my land claim at Palolo in the `ili of Kepuhi. There are 18 lo`i bounded on the east by a stream; on the north by the land of Nakao; on the west by the land of Kupa; on the south by the land of Kupa; these are the boundaries of my land.

He had received his land from Piikoi at the time of Kinau and Piikoi was the konohiki. He has lived there peacefully to the present time; no one has ever objected.
