The rights from the ali`i are for me at Paakea. My own claim is for two small lo`i and one small pond. My own keikis have two small lo`i /and/ one small pond. There is also a kula, where one house stands, and also a sweet potato kula, where I plant crops.

.... testimony of the last witness, in regard to these 2 patches, but says Kaaha had another patch in Kapaakea, bounded:

Mauka by Moho's land
Palolo side by Pahau's land
Makai by Samuela's land
Honolulu side by the konohiki.

Pahau, the deputy konohiki of Kapaakea, says the above testimony is correct.
