Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby tell you of my land claim at Kaliu in Honolulu. I have 5 taro patches. 2 patches adjoin mauka of the patches of Kahou and 3 patches adjoin mauka of the patches of Kaiawa. I have held these patches peacefully under the konohiki.

Ewa by Kaioa's land
Makai by Poola's
Waititi by Kuliulalo (land).

He got these at the saame time as the other from the same person. I know of no counter claimant to either.

Homa, sworn, I have heard tthe testimony, just given and know it to be true in every respect.
