To the Honorable Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands, Greetings: I hereby tell you of my land claim at Paakai in Honouliuli, Ewa. Island of Oahu. It is bounded on the north by the land of Kaalauahi, on the east by Kalokoeli, on the South by the stream of Maakiki and the hala grove, on the west by the stream of Makaii and the land of Puanani. This is a single patch with two one-half patches. Kahakuliilii's land is from Kaope received during Kamehameha I's time in the year 1814 probably. Kahakuliilii has one house there and no one has objected."
