Pehu, sworn, I know these lands. Claimant got them from Boki when Governor. I know it because I was intimate with the chiefs.

Claimant worked for Boki, and I supposed that he gave it for his services. I know of no difference about the right except one relating to a road cut through.

Ewa side by land called Palakea
Waititi side by Boki's place

.... e correct boundary between Palepo, the ili of Robinson & Waikahalulu, the ili of Kalama.

Keaka, sworn, I am an old resident of Honoluu and have lived adjoining Waikahalulu from the time of Rihoriho and my father lived there on Kalawehine before me. I know the bounds of Palepo and Waikahalulu and the stream of Nuuanu or Waikahululu is the dividing line between Palepo & Waikahahlulu. I am clear on this point. The center of the stream is the correct boundary. Parties agreed.
