To the Honorable Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands: I, Waiauwia, have an 'ili in the Ahupua'a of Hauula, bounded on the north by Keawe's land, on the east by Kaia's land, on the south by Makalohi's land, on the west by Makalohi's land also,

Claimant has occupied this land for over ten years.

Kanealii, sworn, says he knows the land of Waiauia. It is the same as set forth in the testimony of Kaailaau.

The King's Land Agent made no objection to this claim.
