To the Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands, Greetings: I, Waiauwia, am a claimant of a mountain area, Kawaipapa, in the Ahupua'a of Hauula, bounded on the /north/ and east by Maakoea, on the south by kuahiwi /mountain area/, on the west by Hanaimoa. It was given me by the konohiki.

Claimant has occupied this land for over ten years.
Kanealii, sworn, says he knows the land of Waiauia. It is the same as set forth in the testimony of Kaailaau.
The King's Land Agent made no objection to this claim.
