Greetings to the Land Commissioners: In the `ili of Nania in the Ahupua`a of Waimea, island of Kauai, I have a lo`i and a kula. Stand on the east, turn to the north, 3 chains, turn to the west, 1 chain 9 fathoms 3 feet, turn to the south, 3 chains, turn to the east, 1 chain 9 fathoms 3 feet, that being the place where the measuring began. The lands which adjoin are: On the north, Konohikilau, on the west, Hapeiki, on the south, Olokele, on the east, the `ili of Kapalawai. ....
