I hereby petition you for my claim to my house lot at Kaoawai, before you, the people who quiet land titles. The dimensions are: on the west, on the side adjoining Kauaua, 18 fathoms, 1 foot; on the south, adjoining Kapehe, 15 fathoms, 3 feet; on the east, adjoining Kalua`u, 24 fathoms, 2 feet; on the north, 17 fathoms, being the side which adjoins the kula of Kaaoaohema. These are the dimensions of my lot here at Kaoawai.

.... y nephew. I had received this place from my wife in the year 1818 and we have lived (there) since then to the present time on the inside, it was - It has been fenced and there is a house
Just a vacant place and my wife had gone and lived there. We (two) had already obtained a parcel of land at Ewa and that was the foremost reason we had given Paakua this property. Its boundaries are
Kapehe's lot on the Waikiki side
Kalua's lot, toward the mountain
a vacant area, Ewa and
Kanana's lot is toward the sea.
Kaleo, sworn by the Word of God and stated, My knowledge pertaining to everything about this property is the same as has just been related her by Kamaka, including its awarding.
