Know all men & all persons whomsoever by these presents that I, John N. Colcord, Blacksmith, citizen of the United States, now residing at Honolulu, Island of Oahu, in consideration of the sum of 800 dollars to me in hand paid by Stephen Reynolds, citizen of United States, residing in Honolulu, Oahu, aforesaid, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do by these presents give, grant, bargain, sell & convey unto the said Stephen Rey ....
