Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby state to you my own claim for Kaipo, at Niumalu, with 2 lo`i.
There is also a house claim, it is mauka of Paiaa, also in Niumalu. my land was received from Daniela and has been held from 1839. There is also a place for planting wauke, /named/ Kapae.
