There is also a house claim, it is mauka of Paiaa, also in Niumalu. my land was received from Daniela and has been held from 1839. There is also a place for planting wauke, /named/ Kapae.

Nao, sworn, says I know the land of Claimant. It lies in the ahupuaa of Niumalu & in the ili of Kaaipo. It consists of three lois two of which are uncultivated. Claimant has also a house lot at Paiaa. Bounded:
