To the Board of Land Commissioners, &c. Gentlemen, I, the undersigned, as attorney for R.C. Janion, do lay claim to that part of the sea beach, as specified in the annexed copy of title granted by Boki to Richard Charlton on 23d of July 1827 and ratified by Kamehameha III, 23 February 1843, having bought the same from Richard Charlton.
