Kauahikaua, sworn, I know the lands of the claimant. They are in "Moalii" Lahaina. They consist of 2 pieces, one a house lot and one a kula land. The claimant received the house lot from Mamaki in the year 1833. He obtained the kalo land from Hanalei at the saem time. his title has never been disputed.
