Land from Naiui in 1845, in 1849, section 1 was given to Makaa.

Jeremia has some other land in Waioli and he has given land to the custodian, of an old land but he has left the land. Now Jeremia is asking for this land because the Konohiki had taken it by force.

Mareko, sworn, he has seen this land exactly as Pepee has related here.
