Hear ye, ye Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles sitting at Hale Kauwila in Honolulu, greetings: I, Keahiaka, a Hawaiian subject living in Manoa house lot in the Ahupua`a of Haena, island of Kauai, District 3, Hawaiian Islands, The right to the house lot of Manoa was from former times, I have measured my house lot and mo`o also on this 31st day of January 1848. The length is 88 fathoms, the width is 55 fathoms. That is the measurement of the lot on the east that is the lot of Noa. On the west side is a different lot which is 55 fathoms long by ....
